I have consistently relied on TurboTax to file my tax returns for several years now. One of the main reasons for my loyalty is its remarkable reliability; I can always count on it to accurately process my information and provide me with the right data.

I much prefer desktop Turbo Tax to the online version. Even with three hours help, your techs and I couldn't get it installed, so I defaulted to the online version. Not being able to review forms as you go along annoys me. If the 2025 desktop edition won't install on my computer, I'll be looking elsewhere for my tax package.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, so I certain hope they'll start considering a loyalty rebate. I like the idea of all my Federal Income Tax records being easy to call up. I like the way they summarize, but would like to see more details in some areas. A way to go back to earlier pages and entries without leaving the page I'm currently working on would definitely be helpful! Every year, I check out and consider all the alternatives to filling through TurboTax, but so far I haven't left. However, as I get older, there are fewer and fewer items that complicate my taxes. Maybe I'll go back to paper and pencil like I did when I began all this Federal Income Tax stuff 60+ years ago. But probably not.

Several main problems I encountered were software issues of transfer F to S forms with hyphen inserted into EIN. My state UT would not accept efile, TT Fed form kept inserting hyphen, so I couldn't efile my state form, even though I paid for this service. Then, when I downloaded and saw that the UT form did not have the hyphen in the EIN, I went back and tried to efile, but TT wouldn't allow it. Also, when I asked questions, I got limited directions that did not address the problems I encountered. I was constantly upsold by TT. I also had to input both spouses' drivers license numbers about 6 times each; program wouldn't save.

My workplace was turned into an employee COOPERATIVE, and 25 of us employees bought into the business and are now owners. This is the first year that we received an IRS Form 1099-PATR, which is for our Patronage earnings. I was told this should be declared on my Federal tax return as ordinary income, which is taxable. However, Turbo Tax does NOT have Form 1099-PATR in your database!! I did the best I could trying to add it to my income, but your system put it down as a business, then charged me self-employment tax and also gave me a qualified business tax credit, neither of which I think is correct. You really need to fix your system to accommodate Cooperatives and Patronage income. THANK YOU!!

Very self explanatory and very easy to do. I recommend everyone to do on their own and if you need help turbo tax has help to help you with any questions or concerns you have. Also if for some reason you need to stop filing the good thing is that it automatically saves your info at where you stopped at and that's awesome bcuz it took me like three or four days to finish.

Predatory service, oh for extra 40 dollars we'll let you pay with your refund, oh for extra 25 we'll get it to you faster, INTUIT AND TURBOTAX SHOULDN'T EXIST. Tax filing should be free! ACTUALLY there should be no filing, but you keep lobbying the government! LEECHES

Years after years, TurboTax has helped! they've made sure i got the best return possible and without error for a potential audit to happen, so with peace in mind I know I can safely complete my taxes and have one of the quickest ways to receive them also!

TurboTax is the embodiment of corporate greed. The IRS should offer free electronic tax filing, but instead, we’re forced to use this overpriced system because Intuit spent millions lobbying to keep tax filing needlessly complex. Your business model thrives on deception and manipulation, exploiting hardworking people for profit.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, but this year, I found it to be more difficult. It was redundant, frustrating and not as easy as some previous years. One thing that frustrated me was having to go back to several previous years for data. Since I used Turbo Tax, why couldn't you pull the data up from those years? I may look at other services next year, or may just do it in on my own.
