They are scamming on premium version by hiding other options really well. similarly they almost force youto share data with all products by not adding a skip button. You have to navigate to the next step on left hand side menu, making it look non optional to share data.

I love TurboTax. It's super easy to use and the experts are very helpful. If I have an error, the system notifies me to correct it. I have used TurboTax for the past 5 years. I will always come back. TurboTax always finds where I can get the most money back.

The website has been improved over time with specific knowledge and great set up regarding the specific forms sometimes not too common for people. The price should be improved, I have used TurboTax since 2019 and I have always ended up paying about $200 for the benefits promoted.

I really like the ability to go back and see all my stored texts information from previous years, and the programs ability to import personal information from previous years to make filing easier. I have used turbotax for several years now and I plan to continue to use it to file my state in federal taxes.

I was not able to use my online tax provider from last year, so I really was not excited about starting from scratch with TurboTax. But, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to complete the entire process without too much difficulty. Uploading documents made the process SO much easier.

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 5 years now. Although my situation is pretty simple as I don't own real estate or anything complicated, it is still a headache trying to figure out all of the numbers, credits and other circumstances by myself. The guidance is wonderful. I have never had any issues with my tax documents and numbers. Each year something changes and Turbo is always to date with alerts, updates and steering me in the most appropriate way. While free is appreciated, I find that PREMIUM is the way to go!

Overall the user experience is great. They've made it so simple to file taxes even for moderately complex situations. I know nothing about taxes and this was my first year doing it on my own. I still needed my AI assistant on the side to get answers to questions and without that I think I would have questioned myself a little too much for comfort. Built in AI agents would be nice as well as some more ai analysis of your return.

I have been using TurboTax for 8 years now and I will never change how I do my taxes. As a mom we dont have time to go to places to do these type of things. It also makes me feel like im in school again. lol if your thinking about doing your taxes yourself you should use turbotax.

I had to call for tech support of my K1 data entry because I kept getting a data mismatch. The scrollable form feature was invisible to me until tech support told me to scroll down. The solution was I had to enter 0 which was counterintuitive but made the numbers add up correctly.

Like the fact that it's easier than filing through the MD state comptroller this year. They're new 2024 efile system is not as easy to use. When it does not instruct you on what info is needed, from what file. Had no choice but to come back and have Turbo Tax do it so I know it was done.
