I love this program! I am 79 almost 80 and handle financials for my husband and myself. This program is easy to read and has explanations to help me understand difficult features. The accuracy is great and certainly compatible for seniors. The only caveat like everything else these days is the cost, but even that is not a bad comparative to others.

I've never filed my taxes on my own before and TurboTax has made it very easy for me. I really appreciate letting me know the things that needs to be fixed and going over with me several to make sure it's accurate. I'm very pleased with the service.

For many years I used TurboTax, it used to be so easy. I purchased the software but then found out that it was not compatible with my computer running windows 10. I was switched to Turbo Tax online. It was MUCH more confusing and I had to manually enter more info.

It was good and easy to use. Every year seems getting more and more complicated to complete taxes. The only thing I wish more understanding how to save the previous years taxes without ha ding to open the turbotax app. I have to use it for my job when I need to submit my taxes for previous years.

Very good service in general, but I do not appreciate the two standard options for payment being opening an account with you or paying you even more money for a rapid deposit I and most other people don't need. A standard, free direct deposit to my bank account should be the default option, yet for you it isn't even presented as one.

I have been using TurboTax for 10 years now. I think it is crazy that i have to pay $200 to file my taxes with all the basic stuff. You have to pay $40 just to allow them to take money out of your refund to file... like, what?!? Not sure if I'll continue using them next year.

I delayed my filing because the Tax (Form 1040-SR, line 16) did not match the Tax Tables for my Taxable Income (line 14). I finally figured out the Tax was from the Schedule D worksheet. An explanation of how the tax was calculated would have been very helpful.

Horrible experience. I filed using Turbo Tax last year and was successful. This online software told me I didn't file with Turbo Tax in 2024. Made me upgrade to "Premium" instead of "Deluxe" as you took off business expenses on "Deluxe". Then it didn't remind me of estimated taxes paid in 2025. Luckily I remembered just in time. Will be looking for new software next year if this is not improved.

I shouldn't have to pay to file my taxes because I did them all my self. The system forces you to select an option and it never even gave me the option to select the free mode. There is nothing fancy about my taxes. RIP OFF! also if you opt in paying with credit card instead of your return they charge you less.!

Turbo Tax is easy to use, self-guided tax preparation software. It makes filing your taxes simple and straightforward. It only took me about 30 minutes to get a clear and concise return completed. Importing the PDFs of my tax documents made it a snap.
