I hate you TurboTax for forcing me to upgrade to premium for selling very few stocks for which I made a pittance. That's ridiculous. Also, you didn't let me use profanity in the original version of this review, which is extra annoyance on top of what I already feel.

I’ve been using TurboTax to file for my taxes for maybe about five years now if not, this year was absolutely the worst. Every time I got to the end and it kept asking me to type in my name that I could finish and file my taxes it kept saying my name was spelled wrong. I know how to spell my name. I’m looking on turbo and it’s telling me to match it how it spelled it spell right on turbo’s end but for some reason, it just was not working so here I am whole month later actually filing my taxes.

Gets easier every year to use. Really love how I can compare year over year and see where things have changed. I do wish the projected tax refund/tax due showed earlier in the process, but that's a minor quibble as it shows before the final steps. I've been using TurboTax online for almost 20 years now and will never use an accountant again!

Easy but should be free via IRS. It's all electronically connected, and this is a useless waste of money. Also severely annoyed by the constant attempts at upselling at every frigging turn (not so Turbo). I want this product to no longer exist in the long term, but your lobbying efforts don't allow for that where I live.

I got half-way through filing and you made me upgrade to deluxe, then I got all the way through filing and you made me upgrade to Premium. I understand this is your business model, but it's such a shady practice. From my perspective, I received no better service from free to deluxe to premium, I just had to pay turbo tax $120 because there was some extra form that wasn't covered under free or deluxe

I always use Turbo Tax and thoroughly enjoy it. I've been using it for years. My only complaint is the website changes every year. Re-orienting myself to the website takes a bit and that is very frustrating when I am already doing taxes which are frustrating on their own.

I submitted my 2024 returns online through Turbotax. I submitted returns using Turbo tax desktop version in 2022 and 2023. Several critical information was not carried forward, such as my son's SSN number was old one that I had to updated to get the child credit and the prior year Adjusted income had to be manually verified before submitting my return.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years .. appreciate the thorough breadth of questions and knowledge. Very disappointed they don't offer print features throughout the process. I like to print the comparisons and some of the yearly change explanations... that feature seems clumsy and not to the high standard of a Turbo Tax prep software.

The assistance I received from Jerome was incredibly above and beyond what I expected. I wouldn't call it assistance. He basically filed my taxes for me as he walked me thru the whole process and helped me correct everything that I had goofed up on my own.Truly is a tax expert! I can't commend him enough for his help.He was extremely patient with me and I know that was not an easy task! Thanks again for hanging in there with me!.

Software is very simple to use and follow. The prices seem way more expensive than others and especially since Free Tax USA allows you to file for free federal taxes and you only have to pay for state, I think prices should be lower at the start of the season and get more offerings for assistance whether than price hike when adding tax pro..
