The tax expert agent was very informative and very patient to work with me. he explained everything very well and helped me step by step from beginning to end and help me file my processes correctly and getting my forms that I needed for each upload that I needed to have he was very patient.

Going thru turbo was simple, However to charge me for putting my funds in my own bank is diabolical. Then $99 dollars to file federal when it could have been cheaper. Every dollar counts for a single mom living paycheck to paycheck. I appreciate the convenience of filing but it was a bit over priced for me to be doing all the work. 5 Days early on delivery of my funds is nice as well and the layout of member portal was easy to follow.

TurboTax is wildly overpriced and intentionally confusing especially for low income filers with simple returns I filed my own taxes with no professional help no complex income no multiple businesses yet was charged 192+ with fees only revealed at the very end the platform constantly interrupts with upsells

Turbo Tax made filing super easy and if I ran into something I needed help with it was awesome knowing that help was available when I needed it from the friendliest assistants. Thank you so much Turbo Tax because I couldn't have done my returns without you! Amazing and highly recommended!

I had to engage a customer service agent. The first one hung up on me, unable to hear me but did not give me time to adjust my phone before disconnecting (Jennifer). The second agent I spoke with (Brandon) was extremely helpful and patient. Worked on several solutions to ensure my issue was addressed. Thank you Brandon!!!

I had multiple problems because Turbotax online did not import all information from my last years Turbotax return. Also, information imported from my brokerage account appeared in the summary of information supplied, but was not entered in my return, requiring 52 manual entries. Overall, what should have taken me one hour took 5 hours.

I worked for a CPA for 6 years preparing tax returns. When I left for another job, I paid a Tax pro to do my returns. This year I decided to give TurboTax a try (very hesitantly!). I have been extremely impressed with the whole process! It's very user-friendly, thorough and accurate. I also appreciate all the 'help' information available. Much better that I expected ... will definitely use going forward ... thanks!

online filing is far INFERIOR to desktop version and i am not pleased that to use desktop version you are forced to "upgrade" your computer to one capable of running windows 11. Another "big business" participating in the financial hardship and financial stability of the hard working folks barely making ends meet. I suspect i will seek alternative software for next year and have already cancelled my subscription for next year.

This year seemed to be a complete cluster using TurboTax!! I sailed through all the numbers needed for this year's return only to get to the end & find that I needed an "AGI" number that was EXTREMELY hard to find within my last year's return!!! I'm not sure why TurboTax made it so difficult to get that info from the forms that I used with them last year, but it made the whole situation incredibly stressful!!
