Seems like the system use to allow quick options to go back more directly to earlier sections to check/ correct a particular entry. Usually always appearing along the right side on almost every page. Now you must back tract one page back at a time. Not as user friendly.

TurboTax is wildly overpriced and intentionally confusing especially for low income filers with simple returns I filed my own taxes with no professional help no complex income no multiple businesses yet was charged 192+ with fees only revealed at the very end the platform constantly interrupts with upsells

Using the On Line method of filing was far more confusing and less convenient than a simple Turbo Tax Advantage. Since we were filing using the standard deduction it was all unnecessary and the resultant $109.00 fee contradicts The online Order Summary which says those fees would not apply. The offer letter of 12/18/2025 states "you accepted the offer to use Turbo Tax Online for no additional cost". I am too worn out from this method that I signed off on everything and will reevaluate my Turbo Tax option next year. We have been filing w/Turbo Tax for a long time and had already paid $75.00 for Turbo Tax Advantage 2025 when this offer was made and accepted.

Overall experience is good. I choses to not use the expert and file on my own. The only problem I had was the program did not pick up on the quarterly payments I made to the IRS in 2025, so I had to scroll around to find where to enter this information manually.

TurboTax makes it easy! There's always hints if you don't understand something. I've used TurboTax for several years now. Way cheaper to do it on your own instead of paying these major corporations to file your taxes for o who don't even tell you about all the deductions you could use.

The software was great as usual. One major disappointment this year. They initiated a $35 fee for me to deposit my refund into my account, unless you open one of their checking accounts. I have no interest in their checking services, so I'm stuck paying $35 for a process, ACH, that costs nothing. I've been using them for a decade or more so I'm stuck unless I want to change providers, just another junk fee that most corporations institute to make more money. I guess I have a year to consider it.

Easy to use at home, If you're a everyday joe like myself it makes filing as simple as can be. Even if you find out you don't have one of the forms you need, the website will save your filing progress. They estimated my filing would take 1.5 hours but it only took 22 minutes.

Generally, TurboTax is a well-organized and easy-to-use system. Several weaknesses: (1) If you upload documents to TurboTax, it will sometimes ask you for the same document twice and double up on the numbers. (2) If you have used TurboTax for the prior tax year, TurboTax does not do a reasonableness check of this year versus the prior year, so if you leave an item out it will not alert you that it was present in the prior year.

I have always used Turo Tax but this year I have had to refile my Wisconsin tax 3 times. Im getting frustrated that this issue continues. I hoping that this time it goes through and is excepted . I have never had any issues in the past so I hope this is resolved.

It was so easy to report all my income and expenses on a new side job I started this year! Turbo helped me get every dollar I could for the hard work I put in all year! They really did get me the biggest refund I could get with 100% accuracy. I've been with Turbo for at least 5 years now, I've got all my family filing with Turbo and we will not switch! Plus the refund advance loan helps so much!
