I've used Turbo Tax for years and actually like doing my taxes! I find it cathartic and learn something new every year. The program is user friendly and walks you through each section so it's hard to miss something. The option to ask a "live" person is a plus! I also like being able to deduct my fees from my return and utilizing direct deposit. I've recommended Turbo Tax to several people and so far, they've all loved it & it's features too!

I have been using TurboTax since I was in college 15 years ago and they have continued to hone their craft each year. They set the bar for how to make an activity most humans dread into one that is not only bearable, but even enjoyable. Because the TurboTax experience is so seamless, I actually look forward to doing my taxes. Thanks TurboTax team!

I have been a consumer of the Turbo Tax brand for the past five tax seasons. I find it to be extremely adaptive and helpful in prompting me in how to execute filing and preparing my simple returns. Therefore I highly recommend others to try the product!

TurboTax is quick and very easy to use. If you need an explanation all you need to do is click on the info icon and read the tutorial. I have been a customer for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with either the federal or state return.

Easy to use, but I ran into an issue with the deduction for mortgage interest. I rent out 50% of my home - TurboTax correctly deducted 50% of the mortgage interest from my rental income, but then did not reduce the Schedule A deduction accordingly - I had to manually enter the reduced value.

The software is very easy to use. I submitted my taxes but was missing the the 1095 form. Unfortunately the software was unable to see that I needed it. I did not have this form from the previous year. Once I got the rejection it was easy to fix and refile.

As always, convenient and seamless for the simple filer. Even if your tax situation becomes "advanced" the options they offer in addition to real time assistance is invaluable. We have tried other online preparation services, but continue to come back to TurboTax for their ease of use and reliable, human customer support options.

Good overall. 2 glitches: 1 - IRS instructs to write “Rollover” near line 5b if appropriate, no way to do that using file; 2 - my state’s public employee retirement form 1099-R doesn’t have a box 16 but TurboTax would not let me efile without an entry. I used a work around found in an online chat room but that’s less than ideal. TurboTax should modify that data entry requirement.

I've used TurboTax for several years now and I can't say one bad thing about the program or the company... It's always been extremely user friendly and extremely easy and step by step guidance ever step of the way every tax season I've been a customer...

The prices have gone through the roof. Looking to use a different tax software next year. Also, using the software used to be pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. Now, it just gave me a headache and I about switched. I would have had I not gotten so far into inputting information. I have used Turbo tax since 2007. Not anymore.
