Extremely poorly designed program. Frustrated at every turn. Everytime I click next it seems like the program is trying to get me to upgrade to a more expensive product. I used Turbo Tax and paid for last year, but it kept prompting me to give additional information because it said I didn't finish. You're telling me that if I don't efile that you don't consider me having used Turbo Tax? So you don't have last years info. I don't think it is intuitive that I have to click on file in order to see the finished product even when I have paid. When the button says file how am I supposed to know that it won't file as soon as I click. Give me some more information. I used your help button and it was worthless for most of the questions that I had.

TurboTax has always made it so easy to file federal taxes! I've been using them for at least 15 years now and never had an issue. I feel like they ask the right questions as you go through the process so that everything is covered to ensure not only that you're getting the maximum refund possible, but that you're submitting all the correct documents to make certain you've fully paid your tax bill.

The experience was amazing, but the pricing is absolutely outrageous. It feels like they try to gouge you at every corner. Want to pay for your return prep with your refund? Sure! Pay us more for that. Want your return an extra few days early? Sure! Pay us more for that. Certain other free options include AUDIT DEFENSE, but TurboTax charges an even further extra fee for that as well. I feel as though paying for the premium version should come with Audit Defense included and not charge yet another $59 fee for that. I would recommend TurboTax if you have extra money, but there are better options out there that are completely free.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now and I can say, they are one of the best and easiest to use for your taxes. I will continue to use them until the end of days lol. SUPER easy, super quick and definitely takes away the headache and stress of having to talk to an actual person or hiring someone to do my taxes. I've never hired anyone, but I can imagine it takes longer than Turbo Tax. I can do my taxes myself and they make it super easy to understand and have all those little "help" tips on the side of each question and answer, which makes it really easy to understand everything that they ask. It's very helpful even for first time users. I would recommend Turbo Tax for everyone who would like to just sit for about 30 minutes or so and in the comfort of your own home and take your time to do your taxes. The experience in all is wonderful and easy to use.

Quit trying to upsell. It is confusing and scammy how often you push for an upgrade. You intentionally make fields look required and confusing to back out of when they are not required, such as asking permission to sell my information. I have filed taxes through Turbo Tax for over ten years and your recent changes are SCAMMY!!!

Difficult. I was accustomed to the desktop version, and hated not being able to view forms when needed. Also, I launched into the questionnaire not realizing that the program would list me first as taxpayer. After years of listing my husband as first, I knew that the IRS would have a problem with the return. How about asking a simple question: which of the joint should go first?

Great and easy. It was very simple when needing assistance. Only thing is if you need live help from a tax professional that is a little too expensive when you can easily do the research yourself, maybe a little more time consuming but don't let laziness take over by overpaying.

Very disappointed with TurboTax, which I've used for years. The system simply doesn't handle inherited IRA's well. Needs more clarity on the difference between direct payments from Vanguard to the Feds and State with each "withdrawal" or whatever they're called, and more clarity on the inputs. This really needs fixing. I had to GUESS that I hadn't made estimated payments after it double-counted my payments! Do better, TurboTax. Thank you

It’s ok little confused . Never done this before hope all is well still owe no matter how much I make I hate taxes I never get money back no matter what I do I always owe Have to educate myself t o this system of taxation because if your not a home owner or business owner then you really are screwed as an American.

Overall I'm always happy with TurboTax; have used it for 15 years. I've always preferred using the disc version vs the online version. The online version is difficult to troubleshoot and I'm very frustrated in the inability to be able to see what is being entered into the IRS forms as I enter data. The help hints are always very instructive which I appreciate.
