Fairly easy to use. I answered one question incorrectly and it made it a little more challenging to get it corrected. I also encountered a problem when I made the payment but did not finish and file. Received an email alerting me to that fact but when I returned to "finish and file" the process was not straight forward and I had to call customer support. This was the most frustrating part of the whole process.

I have been using TurboTax for years and it gets easier and better each year. It breaks down in detail every section of the forms so Even the least experienced perdón could understand. If they have trouble they have live support You cant go wrong here

I have used Turbo Tax every year and it is GREAT. I did need to reach out to support for an issue I was having with a 1099 R. I talked to Collin in Charlotte and he was absolutely the best. He walked me through what I needed to do so I could efile my return. While I had him on the phone, I started to fill out a great rating but when I hung up, it disappeared!!! Please give him my complements of a job well done and thanks to Turbo Tax for offering a superior product!!!!!

if i could rate 0 stars i would, charging people 100$ to file basic taxes and then not letting them use their return to pay their outrageous fee, while shadily charging your card because they require a specific amount on your return that they dont tell you. has been a terrible company since the pandemic and they started charging out the rear for what used to be cheap, will not receive any more business from me.

Turbo Tax provides me with confidence that I properly completed my returns. Being able to download my financial statements directly into turbo tax is great. It is very annoying however that I had to be so careful not to pay for additional services that I did not want. At least three times I had to decline adding max or upgrading to some other more expense option. Every year the filing charge is more expense that the year before. Stop trying to trick us to pay more!

I let time slip by and was forced to use your service this year. You people nickel and dime customers to death. And once you choose a package start filling it out then realize you can use a cheaper one you won’t allow the option of going back and choosing another package.

Buggy. Like riddled with bugs. It used to be good. I did use it this year because I had most of my info in there, but had to triple check stuff. It imported my W2 and had huge mistakes. This morning, after I logged in, it congratulated me for importing my investments. Which I had already done, so it had everything in there twice. Nice (NOT). Don't trust this software.

Turbo Tax is easy and fast and can be done at your personal desk. The steps were clear to follow and it has ways to explain any words you are having issues with. Cant find something? Turbo Tax has it set up to answer your questions at the tip of your fingers.

Oversimplification of items in the Federal Review section just lead to confusion - not only to the filer, but also to the Turbo Tax employees that tried to help. Hours were spent on the phone because Turbo Tax did not properly separate out Long Term Capital Gains in the review.

I had trouble this year. When entering investments, the imported information showed the company was in the UK but Turbotax tried to fit the address in a US format - it didn't fit. UK zip codes have letters. Turbotax complained about the invalid data and insisted I fix the zipcode without touching any other part. Eventually, I got out of it, or Turbotax got tired. Then another imported dataset partially filled in mortgage interest details even though I took the standard deduction. That somehow flagged an error in the state return. I asked for help into the void of the user community and got a barely helpful email a day later that suggested I delete the state return and start over. I eventually stumbled on a way to delete that mortgage interest data and thought I was done. Turbotax said Errors had cleared. Yippee! Nah. After I paid and answered all the identity questions, thinking I was done, Turbotax told me to fix the UK address not fitting in the US format error ... or I would have to file by mail. So, I went back painfully hopping through forms until getting back to the investments where I eventually just deleted that one and entered it all by hand ... without even being asked for an address. Apparently that address is ONLY needed to trip up customers who are about to finish and go away happy. Not happy this year.
