There is something wrong with Turbotax not identifying the 6 digit IP PIN. This happens every year. I can't find where it was supposed to be entered. All I saw was the 5 digit code. I don't know why Turbotax would file the return without the 6 digit code. It then gets sent back rejected after Turbotax claimed it was accepted.

Turbotax is easy to use and very informative when needing help understand a question and even better is free for those who serve this country. The only thing I hope is improved on is an expansion on cvc files for crypto, that was the hardest part of the process and cost us more then we wanted to spend. Aside from that we will will continue to use Turbotax to file our taxes. Thank you Turbotax.

Wish I could get to, and edit the IRS forms at times. And that TT didn't keep asking the same question (ex: "have you lived in this house for over two years") over and over. Wish the search bar would take me to the section of my return (ex: I search "home" and instead of TT taking me to MY house sale, it takes me to definitions of home selling stuff on their website)

Using Turbo Tax is SO easy! Using Turbo Tax gave me the confidence to know that I've done my taxes right, and I've received every credit and deduction that I am entitled to! The option to have the fee for my tax preparation deducted from my refund is awesome! I'm also really happy with the method of receiving my refund.

Super shady about the Premium plan! They'll send you through the entire process of doing your taxes before you finally get to the end and they tell you that you are paying for Premium and that this is an added expense you have to pay for! And if you want to undo it, it seems that you'll have to start your taxes over. Haven't they faced lawsuits over this in years past? Seems they haven't learned form that are still aren't being transparent.

Though I love using Turbo Tax I wish they would fix a few things: (1) when you click on an item to review, then review and return back to the master list of review items, why must you always have to scroll down from the top? (2) I needed to fix something in my state tax information. Why doesn't the system take you back to the place where you can actually fix what is wrong. VERY confusing. (3) Even though I imported new documents for investment income that have the same account number as last year, I needed to delete last year's entries because the system never updated from 2023 figures to 2024 figures. If you are going to automatically import information from last year, this should never be an issue. Otherwise, don't import documents I am only going to need to delete.

I have been using TurboTax for the last 5 years and I could not be more happy with my results. It literally takes you through each step and gets you the max amount of money. The fees are not that bad and you can pay them with your federal refund. I would definitely recommend TurboTax!

Don't like it and next year I'll probably switch to H&R Block after decades with Turbo Tax. They're always trying to sell you stuff. My taxes are pretty straight forward and because I had a 1099-div, I had to upgrade for them to finish to the most expensive. Not a fan.

I really liked how it walked me through the process of claiming my air bnb income as this was my first year being a host! I have been nervous about entering rental income for months and it was a breeze with turbo tax. All that worry for nothing! Thanks turbo tax!

Really difficult and non-verbose this year!!!!!!!!!! What did you do to the tool? Why are calculations hidden and not shown as before? After sharing my screen with/ advisor, I could not see many entries although I stopped sharing!!! Really bad experience
