I don't like that Turbo Tax is incompatible with Windows 10. I don't like agreeing to sharing information before being able to continue. I'm sure that I purchased Audit Defense when I purchased my user license but Turbo Tax kept trying to get me to upgrade to max. I liked last year's version. I like how my state taxes are done.

I delayed my filing because the Tax (Form 1040-SR, line 16) did not match the Tax Tables for my Taxable Income (line 14). I finally figured out the Tax was from the Schedule D worksheet. An explanation of how the tax was calculated would have been very helpful.

Way too much upselling. I get tired of the constant prompts to upgrade my selection. I feel I have to be very careful what I click on or I might end up consenting to share my personal info with the whole world or have my refund deposited into to some other bank account besides my own or pay additional fees for things I don't want and don't need. I will be using another online service next year.

Turbo Tax helps me complete my taxes in the comfort of my home. Making this the best way to feel like anyone can complete her taxes on their own. They also support Military personnel provide a space to complete their information at ease without any hassle or fake fees. Thank you!

Once again used turbo tax to file our taxes. This year we also had a new business and thought I would need to hire someone this year, but turbo tax made simple and easy. I was able to link my business bank account, and they sorted all my expensed out for me with out quick books.

Every Year I use Turbotax to file my taxes and Turbotax always hep me get the best transaction as possible. They have great indiduals tp help me while filing. It feels good to be able to file my own taxes with the safetgy of my own home. I never use anything else bu Turbotax's. Thank you for all your help and I will continue to use Turbotax every year. I was having some difficulties and needed clarification on write offs and income information. The person who called me was awesome, positive, interactive and was able to explain the process and offer suggestions to get the information I needed to successfully file my returns. For the most part, Turbo Tax is truly helpful. Some of the features that help designed to assist you in gathering the necessary information can lead to frustration because there may not be a simple yes or no to the question and therefore deciding what to include can be rather stressful. The FAQ section may not always give you the best response to those complicated questions. ON the other hand, it is very streamlined and easy to read. The ease in uploading and or accessing information from outside sources is quite precise and therefore convenient. I like the ability to snap a picture to upload documents. I have used Turbo Tax for years, and the accuracy is spot on!

#1 TurboTax needs to keep the user more connected to the tax forms and schedules and worksheets, as it used to. This year, the user answers questions but cannot switch to the forms and worksheets while in progress to examine them. This makes me uncomfortable. I hope I can find the summary sheets and comparison sheets that made prior versions of TurboTax so helpful. #2 It needs to allow the user to tell you that ALL data will be typed in. I should not have to answer this question repeatedly for every financial institution. It's redundant and annoying. #3 The Tax Tools function did not appear on my screen until late in the process. I clicked it and nothing happened. There should be a message under Tax Tools telling me what must be complete before the tool is active. I was concerned with saving and printing the forms and worksheets. #4 You need more categories on the left-hand navigation screen so the user can click in and out of sections in a more refined/precise way. This software made me repeatedly answer the same closing questions in order to leave a section. Precision has given way to a fake sense of "simplicity of using TurboTax." I used to be a big fan, but no more.

I was able to quickly navigate and enter accurate responses to required information to file both my federal and state tax returns. I did not need to utilize the support services and had no issues with my IT system's compatibility with the variety of web srvices.
