Been using the service for years. I am always impressed with how simple and straight forward they make the process. If you need assistance or have questions there is a quick article or blurb that clears up any confusion. And if you need more help the advisors are super friendly and very helpful. The one thing I wish to see in the future, which might have nothing to do with TurboTax and is more the state of cryptocurrency reporting... I would like to upload my css files and not have hundreds or errors.

This is my 3rd year going with Turbo Tax, and the file is colorful, quick, and resourceful. As long as you have all of your data on hand it will be a quick. This was probably the cheapest that I paid, so happy about that. All in all I will use it next year.

I've used HR Block for years, and their website gets increasingly difficult to use. I have tried Turbo Tax before, but was always dissatisfied with having the site help me with difficult questions. This time was different. Thank you for the improvements you've made.

Had to use the online version this year since the download version is no longer available for the iMac I purchased several years ago. It's totally different and less transparent. I found it difficult to understand the progress I was making. I never did find out how to bring in last year's Turbo Tax filed return. I had to make numerous edits to the forms I imported from TD Ameritrade and Schwab. It's too expensive.

Turbo Tax abilities to pull data from financial platform makes entering your information much easier. The software also provides you relevant information without having to pull info from IRS instructions. Very easy to use and saved me lot of leg work.

It did what it needed to. However, they hide all of the costs and fees for after you've done the work which is a shady. Additionally, the interface is different this year, and a whole lot harder to work through than in prior years. I highly recommend using a different service.

Disappointed that Turbo Tax did not support Form 3115 and help me through a recalculation of my depreciation. If you're going to support investment property you should fully support it. I now have to pay for the turbo tax, figure out the 3115 myself, recalculate my return and reprint updated pages. Not a fan.

Have used TurboTax for years and always preferred this service. I may be unaware and call me old school, but I do wish there was a way to preview your tax forms while preparing your returns. Not a huge fan of the question answer format but I do understand why.

It's always easy to follow the entry aspects, but there are certain terms that I really don't understand that likely don't even apply to me. However, this year, it seemed to had to reload quite a few documents which should have automatically been there.

I love using Turbo tax, it makes my taxes so much easier. It would be nice if Its Deductible could be more easily merged with my Turbotax account however, I still have not figured out how to do this. Additionally, some of the help options do not completely answer questions thoroughly and requires additional research on the IRS website.
