We had to reload our page multiple times after inputting significant amounts of data, leading us on multiple occasions to have to re-enter that same information. The lag between page loads is truly unacceptable. Our final time in completing was over 45 minutes longer than the time anticipated, and at least half of that time was due solely to page lag. This is not an issue on the user side in terms of internet connection--trust us, we checked. For $99 (to do something, by the way, which we should be able to do for free in the first place), I'd like intuit to spend a little less time on graphics and a little more time on functionality.

I have used creditkarma in the past and loved how easy it was to do my tax returns. When they switched to cashapp I tried them as well. This year I compared cashapp and turbotax via creditkarma and I was pleasantly suprised. I'll probably be using turbotax next year.

Turbo Tax messed up my return. They asked me all of the questions for the K1 1041 but when I filed my taxes they did not generate or file the 1041 for a trust that we had set up. Now I'm waiting to see if the IRS rejects my return, and if they do what TurboTax will do to help resolve it.

Personally, I use TurboTax because filing crypto is a real pain and TurboTax integrates it well with Cointracker. Do I still think TurboTax is a scam and overly charges for what should be free? Yes. Fortunately, I'm in a situation where I can pay the overpriced fees but I still wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was stressing over taxes as this was the first year I was to do them by myself. Before using turbo tax, I tried to do it all on my own. . . NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! Turbo tax made filing taxes so easy for me, and I was able to log out and log back in to pick up where I had left off.

I use TurboTax consistently for its convenience, but I hate how aggressively certain elements are formatted. This service makes multiple attempts at acquiring consent to sell your information, which is not necessary. Even if you decline, they will prompt this again, only disclosing somewhere in the 2nd paragraph that it is truly not necessary. Additionally, a "Processing Fee" will be added to the "TurboTax Fee", which should be included inherently, because TurboTax is a Tax Processing service. The profit-hungry redundancies we encounter come across as disrespectful, and take away significantly from the otherwise smooth services provided. No tax preparation service should be permitted to gather and sell their users' personal information.

Always easy. Always convenient. Can pay for extra help or coverage with Tax Professionals if needed. Easy to use program. And the E-Filing system is just hands down the most user-friendly way to filer your taxes. If you don't have foreign assets or own your own business, I highly recommend using TurboTax for all your Tax Reporting needs.

It worked pretty well, dealing with stocks and shares could be easier - with technology you'd think they could show a window with the form they couldnt reconcile, instead of me having to have the form open at the same time. Also, it used to show how much you owe/get refund at the top of the screen, that seemed to disappear. The images of "help" would be better if you expand them (Im using a computer, not a phone - maybe thats the problem).

I love this tax service. As a registered Tax Professional for years in my younger days, I trust Turbo Tax to make sure I am getting the best refund possible, using the latest tax law without having to study and refresh the new laws myself. And if you ever have doubts or questions, there is always someone you can ask for help from. Makes doing your taxes ALMOST enjoyable!
