So easy and straight forward. THey are constantly checking to make sure info is accurate and you are getting the best refund! Highly recommend especially if you have somewhat easy taxes to input. It took me about an 1.5hr to finish and was straightforward. Asked questions to make sure I was getting the most amount back. Do not hesitate and try TURBO TAX today!

Fairly easy to navigate. I had some difficulty with the Schedule K1. It gives you the time it took you to "complete" you taxes, but did not include all the steps following that "completion." I do not consider myself done with taxes until it is submitted. That is misleading. Finally, this cost me about $250. I could have paid someone to complete my taxes for that or less. Next year, I will just pay to have it done. I only used this because I assumed it would save me money.

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many Years (10+). I always had a disk that I could load on my computer. This year was much more difficult, in particular, I could not print a copy to review until I had filed. And then my form was rejected. If the IRS can reject the submitted form because of a technicality, I would think that Turbo Tax could had found the problem and fixed it before suvmitting the form.

I know I have options to file my returns for a smaller fee elsewhere, but I love the piece of mind I get with TurboTax. They make it so easy for me to understand each part of filing taxes and to really make sure I am getting the best deductions and maximizing my credits. I love them and use them every year!

Fed tax worked fine. There are problems with at least the NM state tax program. the SW claimed that there were two problems with the state return that needed to be fixed. (I am pretty surethat was not true) When I tired to deal with it there was no way to access the relevantste forms

This year was more difficult than previous years. I ended up having to call for help because things were popping up that had no bearing on my taxes. Where was the little ticker that told you how much you owed or how much you were getting back, which has always been at the top left corner of the tax return while a person was doing their taxes?

the only thing I did not appreciate was having to upgrade for putting in my expenses in my business. I only had a few expenses that were advertising, workshop and supplies. You made me pay more for putting in my little bit of information. There was no other choice I had.

I woukd give no stars because I did my own taxes with no help. And then when the federal rejects it because I had a few zeros in a column you all charge me $128 to do my taxes. Which is a rip off cause you didn't even help me fix the problem I did it myself....do not use these scammers

I constantly feel like I'm being pushed products for relatively simple/underwhelming tax software, and part of me thinks that if I pay more ill get more for my return which isn't necessarily advertised but its how it feels. I only use the product because it integrates with my employer

Been using this product since 1996. This years is a Fraud. I paid for it and I can not get hard copies of my return. I like to see numbers on a return, It now I can not. It could not find my last years return I( said I had not use Turbo it could not accept my fed pass code. It took me more time to straighten that out then to prepare the return.
