I really didn't like the product and plan to stop using the product next year. Having to pay $140 was really crazy. And the import features (e.g. import from Workday/Robinhood) did not really work. It kept asking me the same questions multiple times too.

I lucked up and China called me. She was absolutely fantastic! Patient, kind, respectful and knowledgeable about taxes. I felt seen and heard, She was actively listening to me and stayed on the phone after your office had closed. Her support was greatly needed and received. What got on my nerves was the pettiness that Turbo insisted on wasting my time with like a nickname, and repeatedly being asked the exact same questions over and over. I only have one name and one nick name and that's Jackie. Of course someone else has that nick name but not on my tax form they do not!

Fast and super easy! Takes the guess work out of finding your deductions and expenses. As well as, tax breaks! 100% accurate on my end. Simple to use and file! Expert advice and services if needed. App is accurate and compatible with my iPhone, no crashing or freezing up. Amazing!

I have used TurboTax many years now to do my own taxes. Each year it gets better and better. I have learned so much about taxes and feel confident when using their service. The help tool is very useful. Interface is user-friendly. Features make it easy to file taxes and each year I am confident in the accuracy.

Horrible experience. I filed using Turbo Tax last year and was successful. This online software told me I didn't file with Turbo Tax in 2024. Made me upgrade to "Premium" instead of "Deluxe" as you took off business expenses on "Deluxe". Then it didn't remind me of estimated taxes paid in 2025. Luckily I remembered just in time. Will be looking for new software next year if this is not improved.

Easy, fast and accurate, I don't have a complex tax situation like some people do. I've used an accountant in the past when there were confusing issues. Turbo Tax is just like that except no $250 fee. I get my returns e-filed and direct deposited and I have no worries about the results.

Program is helpful and intuitive, little cumbersome in technical answers. Other answers not clear or in depthe enough. Ridiculous that Turbotax wants to charge you to efile, when the cost to use the software to prepare taxes is ridiculously high. 99 to use the software, the 40 more to file. Have to be smart enough to find the free file option.

I was very nervous about this process, but it was much easier than I thought it would be. I appreciate how I was walked through the process and and all the questions. Every step of the way was explained and I was given an example of what a question meant if I didn't understand it. I'm overall pleased with this platform and will continue to use from here on out.

I've been using TurboTax happily for the 5th year in a row now. My favorite feature is the accuracy checking that happens throughout the entire process, you you know with all the confidence that your good and have double, triple checked and don't need to worry. I Do-it-Myself premium and add the max benefits for a;; year round protection In case anything was missed or incorrect. Its reasonably priced for peace of mind!
