Other than multiple tries to push me into an upgraded product, there seems to be a flaw in the review process. Oddly, a page came up telling me that apparently I did not file with Turbo Tax last year, despite TurboTax accessing my 2024 Turbo Tax file on my computer and pulling that information into my 2025 file. I not only filed with Turbo Tax, I also received email updates about the process from Turbo Tax and received my refund with no issues. Took me a good 10 minutes to get around the problem and continue with the review and file. It was an extremely annoying bump in the process. In all the years I have used Turbo Tax, this is the only time I've had an problem.

I’ve been filing with TurboTax myself since around 2010 and I have not had one bad experience yet. TurboTax makes it easy, understandable and affordable to walk you through each step of filing your own taxes. Thanks for the endless support and always helping me file my taxes yearly!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. Overall, a very good product, easy to use and understand. This year, a problem with my Wisconsin return related to my retirement income caused the return to be rejected by the state. This is the first time I have had a return rejected. Not exactly sure what the problem was but it appeared to me as though it was a programming problem by Turbo Tax. I have re-filed, I guess we will see what happens. Federal return has been accepted.

Not such a great experience this year. I didn't like that the "It's Deductible" feature was gone plus several times the program just kept cycling through the same questions. Too many attempts to upsell you all through the process, too, I might consider a different vendor next year.

TurboTax is super easy to use! It follows up on every aspect of the tax filing process. They offer support, live support for it's customers in case you have questions or get stuck. I've used it for years now and it's always been a easy and quick process to file taxes.

It is absurd that Turbotax is charging $99 to file your taxes. That is a tough pill to swallow, however, the most insulting part of it they want to charge you $40 dollars to pay for it with your return and an additional $35 to deposit it into your bank account. I have used Turbotax since 2016. I would rather pay $175+ to someone in person to file my taxes, an that is what I will do next year. What a scam.

TurboTax is like running a marathon where the finish line keeps getting moved—by the app itself. After carefully entering my information for the nth time, I reached the final page… only to be told I couldn’t continue. No explanation. No fix. Just a digital shrug. For multiple days. Each time, I was forced to start completely over because TurboTax apparently believes in reincarnation, but only for unfinished tax returns. It teased me with the promise of “sign and submit,” then pulled the rug out like a bad magician. If frustration were deductible, this software would owe me money. Efficient at collecting fees, wildly inefficient at actually letting you file. A masterclass in how to turn a simple task into a recurring nightmare.

It is incredibly predatory to force people to use the upgraded version of your website to do their taxes. after this year I will not be using this product ever again. Thankfully due to me getting married I will not have to since I will need a CPA anyways.

I have used TT for many years and this year was the most confusing. It did not import information from the previous year as usual and navigating back and forth was more difficult than usual. Also having to do this on-line where before I could save and come back later was very inconvenient. I guess I have to buy a new computer since TT doesn't like Windows 10. I will probably use it again next year unless I find something better.

Awful...worst ever. I will switch next year to something else. Kept insisting on putting my automobile in for business use. Since I do not use my vehicle for business, this was a total waste of time...three evenings spent trying to get rid of it. If I call for help (AI was also useless), they want to upcharge me significantly. Finally filled in slop just to be able to file. At least it accurately says "0" for business use. Time to switch to something more user friendly and better supported.
