This year, I experienced several technical issues while using TurboTax. I was unable to submit my return due to a persistent glitch during the final steps of the process, specifically when selecting payment options and determining how I would like to receive my refund. The system repeatedly redirected me back to the payment selection step. After several phone consultations and screen-sharing sessions with the technical support team, they were finally able to identify and resolve the issue. I appreciate their assistance and am pleased to report that after a week's delay, I was ultimately able to process my submission and complete the payment for the TurboTax service.

I have used turbotax for over a decade. This year, you all have gone mad! When i complete my taxes thats all i want to do. I do not want to be asked multple times if i want to purchase any intuit products, nor do I want my information shared with any entity other than IRS and state.

Turbo Tax made filing as a small business owner for less intimidating than I expected. The step-by-step process was questions walk you through everything clearly, and it does a great job explaining why it's asking certain things, not just what to enter. I appreciated how it handled business expenses, assets, and deductions in a way that actually made sense. Even when things got a little complex, I felt confident I was entering everything correctly. It saved me time money, stress, and probably money by catching deductions I might've missed. Highly recommend for anyone running a business or filing a more involved return.

Product itself is fine. However, the refusal to disclose fees ahead of time, constant upsell/ nickel and dime, fake "required data sharing" agreement, and general smarminess of Turbotax is off-putting. I thought the live tax guy were terrible. Turbotax is worse. PS: Why do I need to sign an indemnification and limitation of liability to post a review? Nuts...

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 20yrs now bc of it's speed, accuracy, and "no hassle" approach. It's not time consuming and it's very convenient to have the previous year stored so I don't have to go back and look for anything. I always receive my maximum with TT. I'll never use another tax service!

I Do-it-Myself premium and add the max benefits for a;; year round protection In case anything was missed or incorrect. Its reasonably priced for peace of mind!

Its user friendly platform makes navigation a breeze. The app says you can only use it for free if you didn't the year before and instead of telling me that there are no mistakes, it should tell me what forms i need and links to those forms. I cant figure out why it wont upload my pdf but it will let me upload a jpeg, problem is that how do you turn a pdf into a jpeg.

I've been using TurboTax for several years now and it generally indicates which pieces you need to interact with to complete your return. Turns out that even though I have self employment income, and it knows how much, it didn't properly indicate I needed to pay an extra tax in my area for self employment income and now I'm going to have to pay a penalty. Additionally, while typing this review, its AI feature, or auto completion, or something keeps changing what I type and eating the letters. This is ridiculous. I'm suddenly very concerned about the quality of my tax returns if you can't properly direct me through the process or let me type in an text box. Use another product.
