The difference between me getting my taxes for free and for you charging me over $200 was something beyond my control. Robinhood auto-sold an investment because of a merger. and for a less than $10 "PROFIT" you jacked up your prices to more than 20% of my refund. Also the process was full of dark patterns. You hide or made hard to find options or selections not in your favor. I am really disgusted with your service this year. I will filling my taxes with another company next year.

TurboTax makes it as easy as possible to file taxes through its use of targeted questions and saved information from prior years. It seems to be accurate, and I really appreciate being able to complete the process fairly quickly as long as I have my key documents organized. Thank you!

This was the first time that I used the online version and I found it to be much more awkward to use than the desktop version. In addition, the constant attempt to lure the user to more expensive versions was very annoying. I have used turbotax for over 15 years, but I am considering using a competitor next year

It is a learning experience which is challenging, but it went well! The hardest part was getting my IP code from the IRS/ID.me! Additionally, I would suggest you have an opening statement detailing what has changed from the year before so we are ready for the new wrinkles so we have not gone to the trouble of pulling unnecessary information or go looking for something we think might be missing but is not.

After using TurboxTax for 20 years, I feel there is still much improvement needed. Part of the issue is there should be better integrations with banks, investments, HSA providers, etc so that the numbers are auto populated. There really shouldn't be room for interpretation.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years but this is BY FAR the most trouble I have had using it. I don't know if it's different because I had to log in to a website instead of using a disk, but I didn't like it. For one thing, I didn't know the IRS was charging me $75 for non-payment of taxes during the year; I only found this out from Turbo Tax but repeatedly looking through the information I entered and happening upon it. It was a difficult process to delete this, too. I also don't think Turbo Tax handled self-employment health insurance deductions correctly.

Dealing with the new system for donations was terrible. Please revert back to last year's system that included pricing from craigslist. Breaking down each donation by type and per donation date took me hours. If I'm paying $200 for a service that should be free, you should at least make my life easier.

Zero stars! Your entire format has changed from being easy and lineare to navigate. It ran me in circles for hours and was literally going to let me file my return without even entering my W2 information. This platform now sucks and I will not be be using his application next year.

Clunky, confusing, expensive. Please enjoy my money because this will be the last year you get it. Way too expensive for a mediocre product. No improvements since the last time I used it. Not crypto friendly. Difficult to navigate. Errors without a reasonable explanation. Can't wait for AI to take this SaaS crap away

I like how it has hint boxes to help ease a first time user on completing taxes with out it being scary lol. I truly did enjoy using turbotax and the little animation made it a bit cooler then having to go and wait at a tax place and everything was accurate because it used fidelity to input all my info.
