TurboTax is simple, easy and affordable.

It's always quick and easy to file my taxes. I used to use HRBlock but a few years ago, I switched to TurboTax. I love it.

More difficult than expected

Average. Not use to filing online. To much reading to figure out how to import 2024 taxes from desktop program. I was unable to do it.

Turbo tax is user friendly and easy to navigate. I've always done my own taxes and this makes it much better to do in fhe comfort of my home.

Turbo taxes there ok

I got rejected slot if times. I know my taxes are right. I just hate this rejected all the time. Idk they like to reject taxes over and over. I won't use them again.

Something went wrong with your AI

Real bad this year - Usually love this product. Couldn't get the K-1's in for the states at all and will have to file manually. Something was wrong with the fast pay and couldn't check out. No help in help.

Turbo tax is reasonable price wise. I have had no issues since I have started using turbo tax. If you need help with anything you can always ask questions. I will recommend turbo tax to family and friends.
