This is a great program that allows you to take your time to file your annual taxes without any problem going wrong. if so the system will not allow you to continue to the next step until the information is correct

Going from page to page, self Employed and deductions that applied to me for construction was an act of God to find. Took 5 hours to just do data entry. Ridiculous

Everything worked well, but when I tried to file it wouldn't accept it. Got an error message but it wasn't specific enough to tell me exactly what the issue was.

I had the best experience with Turbotax. I was scared and skeptical about filing my own business taxes, but with Turbotax, the process was doable. I am no longer intimidated by filing my own business taxes anymore.

The last rep I spoke to was great! She even asked for me to share my screen so that she could walk me through the problem I was having…and she was very patient!

I filed really late but pretty sure I would get a refund. Sure enough I did. After using Turbo Tax serval years it pulls up last years info that makes it much quicker.

Turbo tax is reasonable price wise. I have had no issues since I have started using turbo tax. If you need help with anything you can always ask questions. I will recommend turbo tax to family and friends.

I did talk to a live person and she was quite helpful. Problem i had was when i was trying to efile and when it was reviewed i had a problem with a worksheet. Program told me i had a problem but it did not tell me how to fix the problem.
