I think its a scam with how much you charge. Seeing how you removed the free file feature to shows how much garbage and greedy you are.

Software was easy, but tried to trick me on refund into spending an extra $35. Had to go into more info to select standard deposit which is free.

Some of the screens are confusing and make you think two or three times to uderstand. Overall I will give you a B rating.
