She was patient and did not rush our conversation and took great care to walk us through the issues we experienced. She is certainly a credit to your organization and should be commended for her professionalism, knowledge and outstanding personality.

I find the software intuitive and easy to use. My only concern is the frequent prompts for additional services, which interrupt the workflow and feel a bit pushy. I'd rather explore extra features on my own—ideally after I finish the task—than be prompted repeatedly during the process. An option to turn off or reduce these offers would make the experience much smoother.

Believe there is a bug which caused the withheld social security payment to be seen as an estimated tax payment and a revised/corrected form 2210 was needed to electronically file. Deborah resolved the issue by having me delete the form 2210. Created a major waste of time for me, but Deborah was great.

Very difficult using it this year with several wavy screens that was difficult to read. Also, trying to work through a home sale that I knew we were tax exempt on but could never get through it when answering the questions I knew were the correct answers but couldn't get it to finalize. So, I had to delete it to complete my taxes in time.

Their estimated time to work on the filing is based on a relatively simple tax filer. If you have anything unique - you moved to a different state, worked in multiple states, or get special tax breaks, you will struggle to use this system and it would have been better to hire a tax expert or to use their higher-priced options. They are not good for state returns, whether filing in one state or in many. Just pay for the upgrade or hire an expert.

Man was this an aggravation. I have to fight to get my non-deductible back-door Roth to work. It was quite convoluted. Then I RECIEVED a Schedule K-1 form 1065 from an LLC. When I put in K-1 the system immediately said I needed to file as a corporation and I needed to re-do everything or file taxes twice. The system didn't ask, "Hey, is this a schedule 1065 from a K-1" It took two days and a bunch of outside resources to get it done. I think I'm done with this product.

This was my first time using TurboTax in many years (H&R Block was free and/or affordable to veterans for a time). I did find entering and importing data to be very easy and explanations and information about filing requirements very helpful. The only reason I did not rate this product as a 5 is because it would not allow me to finalize and e-file my Arizona state taxes as a result of a requirement to include the payor name for out-of-sate municipal bond interest. As a result of the inability to include this information though TurboTax I was unable to e-file and required to print and mail my return and by check. Seems like it would be an easy fix for TurboTax to include an option to include the information.

TurboTax was extremely helpful, with an easy-to-use and highly intuitive interface that helped me through even my unusually-complicated situation this year. Some minor accuracy issues in the auto-fill, though, and an "optional" request for data where it was difficult to find how to say "no."

Was deceived into doing an expert assist product then had to completely restart the who process and redo everything. The different product options and their prices should be clear at the beginning of the product. Iw as intentionally deceived into using a more expensive product so that I would to buy it. Awful experience and I'll never be returning to this scammy product

It was a nice experience using TurboTax this year! With some support from Claude AI to clarify questions along the way, the process was very smooth. A suggestion: Consider integrating an AI assistant (like Claude) directly into TurboTax to help users understand complex questions in real-time. Many of the prompts are confusing for first-time filers or those with unique situations (RSUs, IRA conversions, AMT, etc.), and having an AI explain what each question means would make the experience even better. Thanks for a solid product!
