This version if much more difficult to use than the previous 20+ years versions. I will look for a different platform next year.

i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS - THIS WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT i WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE IN THE BEGINNING.

Took longer than the tracker told us it would, but was pretty self-explanatory and helped us understand deductions we didn't know about

Difficult to navigate to specific parts of return. Had to restart multiple times to get to a particular spot in my state return.

Absolutely awful, and gets worse every year. looking forward to the day the AI makes this company obsolete

I found the whole process fairly easy with clear instructions and was helped to understand the process with ease.

I don't like that I have to be signed in to Intuit to work on my taxes and it seems more complicated than it needs to be.
