MOstly good

Product worked well as always. The $45 for an "expert review" was a joke. all he said was the software had it done.

NEW TURBO TAX FOR 2025

i HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS - THIS WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT i WAS A BIT APPREHENSIVE IN THE BEGINNING.

Navigation quality has slipped

It used to be easier to backtrack & review a previous section, without having to go back through each question again.

TurboTax is getting worse and worse over the years

online version is cumbersome and difficult to use, Allow Desktop version on Windows 10. Long tine TurboTax user, but maybe the last time!
