Takes three times as long as expected, can't fill the forms correctly, and adds surprise charges at the end. What fun!

TT used to be much easier to use with guidance. Now, it seems that everything wants to add a charge to provide what once was provided.

it was challegeing but I manage, I was able to file mine and my husband tax together for the first time.

My W-2 had 2 state accounts, and turbo tax thouht it was incorrect, but it was correct. It made me separate the accounts. It was a little frustrating

I do not like that TurboTax 2025 was not Windows 10 compliant. May have to change software next year!

Super easy and user friendly. I always get stressed while filing taxes and using Turbo Tax made it super easy and stress free.

It works. Had trouble with investment info though cause it wasn't accurately transferring but after manually entering the info it worked.
