I always file taxes with TurboTax. To me it is an excellent tool that guides you through the whole process. I have never had issue with the tool. I recommend it to anyone who intend doing their taxes themselves.

I love TurboTax! Its so easy to use. And its affordable! Tax season is a lot easier with TurboTax! I use it every year and plan on using TurboTax in the future.

The fees are getting a little excessive. $40 fee to use your refund to pay you turbo tax fees? That is not a good business practice. Also $35 to have it sent to your checking rather than a credit karma account?

Turbo walks you through all the steps, carries over prior year information from income sources and the Experts are amazing! Nubo helped me find more deductions.

Your program has gotten more complicated than ever before and clunky. If it does not improve this may be the final year I use TurboTax (after using it for over 30 years.).

The fees are a bit high, it seems like I pay more every year. I love the that the app saves your information to come back at a later date. I love the easy usage and breakdown of everything. Very convenient and reliable.

This year there were changes to alot unfortunately I have had issues with the advance this year First time this has happened there were glitches on the site that made me repeat steps over.

I have always had a great experience with Turbo Tax. I love how my QB self employment app connects with my Turbo Tax then I can file my business stuff for free. A local tax person quoted me $1300 for start to file for my stuff...i only paid $250.

Turbo tax was easy to use and when I requested a call back for something I didn't understand, I was called back in 5 minutes and my question was answered.

This was the fastest and easiest year to file. I appreciate how fast the program worked, the information it saved and transferred with out me re-typing. Thank you
