I find TurboTax incredibly intuitive and when I don't know an answer it's really great to google it and see what others TT users have to say about it. Have used TT for many years and will continue to use it moving forward.

The experience was quick & painless but also very thorough. I have very simple taxes and I appreciated that TT didn't make things complex when they didn't need to be. Great stuff!

Not a fan of harassing users on the MAX upcharge after nearly every section. Also, the new interest deduction on vehicles is buried, and should automatically prompt if you filled out major purchase on sales tax section.

The product is great but it the on-line version is difficult to sign on. I prefer the old system which allowed me to download the turbo Tax to my computer.

Well, good service but very greedy! Charging federal filing and state filing differently is absurd! I think you guys are trying every opportunity to charge more and more! I will look for alternative options going forward! Thank you for being greedy.

Turbo Tax is usually great, but this go round seemed to be quite repetitive. Understandably so for security reasons which is also a plus. Overall great!

continuoulsy adds unecessary fees for every different section of your tax retun. i selected the minimum at the very beginning for $89 but was ultimately charged $200. unacceptable

I could find no way to return to the forms that I needed to correct. It was infuriating to waste time trying to figure out how to access them (Schedule RS). I had to delete my state forms and begin again. What a waste of my time and energy!

They make it easy to ask questions or get more information with each section. It saves me so much time each year to just transfer information over as well.

this has been the worse year ever of using turbo tax. For 20 years it was easy and each step was explained well. this year was awful! I will be shopping for a new tax software next year.
