i FIND IT CONFUSING WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SEE THE DOCUMENT AS I AM FILLING IT OUT. NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE IT IS CONFUSING. i LIKE THE SOFTWARE VRSION MUCH BETTER.

Have used the Desk Top For the last 10 years First time I have used the online version. Was easy to use and like not having up load latest changes to the software every time I log in.

It was easy to use and accurate. Very helpful in answering things I was unsure about so I didn't have to dig for information. The interface and compatibility from my phone to my home computer was seamless.

The Turbo Tax software was easy to use and was helpful. It was slightly stressful because I wasn't able to talk to someone without paying extra. It was overall a good experience.

Very intuit and easy to navigate. I would like to be able to review the actual filing forms (or at least have a quick look button) to see them as the return is in process.

I love the product and he accuracy it provides. My only complaint is charging me $35 on top of the software fee just to deposit in my account OR if I take from my refund you charge $40.
