I barely understand taxes but TurboTax makes it beyond simple. I've learned more using them over the years. Never have any issues with my taxes. TurboTax is the best!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. My complaint is that when it was time to pay, extra upgrades were already built into a higher price. I paid $158 for a return that should have only been $79.

Ripoff!! More difficult to use than EVER!! And more expensive to boot. Also now charging for direct bank deposit. Will look for another Tax Prep next year. Done with TurboTax!!!!

I like how it helps you through the process of doing your taxes and gives you in depth information if you are unsure of a certain topic, you are on. I also like the accuracy of the step-by-step information.

The screens were too many and I definitely liked the old disc version of TurboTax off a few years ago. And you didn't charge for sending the refund to my bank. But getting the data from my accounts worked well.

The fees really pile up...as someone who always does his own taxes I wonder if those need to be that much. Other wise very convenient and helpful guide along the way.

This was my first time using the online version of TurboTax. Although the guidance was useful, the product was not as intuitive as it could have been. At this point, I am still partial to the desktop/laptop version of TurboTax.
