I have been using the "Do It Yourself" option for Turbo Tax for over 10years now and I have never had any issues with the process. It had always been easy to file.

Everything was great and fast. The only thing that I was under the impression I was finished after Turbo Tax said my refunds would be mailed in 4-5 weeks. Weeks later I received an email telling me the filling was not complete.

this has been the worse year ever of using turbo tax. For 20 years it was easy and each step was explained well. this year was awful! I will be shopping for a new tax software next year.

The payment is confusing. I said to file both federal and state together but I only see the refund for Federal. It's not confirming there's a state coming back...

Very annoying how hard you push add-ons. If I don't want one, don't keep asking. Inputting information is easy, but anytime something needs reviewed it is a pain to clear it up.

I could find no way to return to the forms that I needed to correct. It was infuriating to waste time trying to figure out how to access them (Schedule RS). I had to delete my state forms and begin again. What a waste of my time and energy!
