I use this product every year to file, I input my information in to three different companies and Turbotax is always the best one. Have been using this product for years.

I PURCHASD TURBO TAX BUT FOUND OUT I WAS ABLE TO USE IT FREE, SOOOOO I AM GOING TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR WHAT I PAID. I HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED COPY AND SEARCHED FOR HELP. THAT IS WHERE I FOUND I COULD FILE FREE.

It walked me through all of the steps necessary to file as an independent contractor for my first time. I feel much more confident having used turbo tax to file.

This version of TurboTax was not easy to use. Did not flow well. It did not prompt me to enter income tax info. I had to manually search for that. AI interface was helpful!

Fast, easy uploads of information. If you're diligent, the whole process to file takes an hour or less to complete and submit. And the internal review process to help catch errors is a relief.

OVERALL IT DOES GET THE JOB DONE. REALLY COULD USE SOME FINE TUNING...BUT...IT'S ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY THROUGH ALL OF THE YEARS WE HAVE USED THIS SERVICE.
