everything was fine except for the RMD section. Where the heck is th RMD info on my tax documents.. Turns out you have to do your own math which is very frustrating. I'm still not sure if it was done correctly.

I do not like the online version I was able to do other returns under one license that I PAY for that is no longer an option. I will no longer use Turbo tax I will pay a CPA it will be Cheaper

I lost 23% of my refund because this terrible company and their ilk decided that americans are not entitled to their full refund and they want a cut. greedy,

As someone who has always itemized my taxes, I found the brief deduction overview very helpful - it let me se almost immediately that the basic exemptions were going to be the way for me to go.

I have used TurboTax to file our taxes for 30+ years. This year I had to use the online version because my laptop has Windows 10. I had trouble figuring out how to transfer last year's information in.

Overall good product if all goes well. My wife and I live in different states, Turbotax can't handle it very well. Need to jump through hoops to get my taxes submitted.

My return was rejected because it pulled in the wrong AGI for last year. When I logged in to make the correction (which should have taken 5 minutes), I had to re-enter EVERYTHING!!! START ALL OVER!!!

When 2025 desktop would not run because I am using Windows 10, it converted to On-Line easily with no additional fees. Easy to follow directions and additional information/clarification on-demand as needed.

The service was certainly useful, though I don't think it's worth the money. There are other competitive softwares out there that certainly don't charge the same amount for what's provided. I would likely choose a different service going forward.
