We had to engage one of your experts who was very helpful and good, but this was because we had a lot of trouble with TurboTax online which we will never use again. We usually download the app.

I am military and every year despite the advertising and statement that you support US troops and help them file for free I end up paying money from my return just to file these stupid taxes.

this is our first time use the online turbo tax. i especially like the AI feature which explained a lot of questions i asked during the prepairing. i will continue to use online turbo tax and hopefully it will be more advanced next year.

Takes 50% longer than they say. Glitches for manual entry. Much less streamlined/ smooth/ efficient than you would expect. A CPA is about same price and would have been faster for me.

Turbo Tax Online was close to the Desktop Experience. I felt that the Desktop was a little better at pulling in the data from the previous year. All in all it was ok.

charged way too much to file a simple tax return. I paid 203.00 to mail a return. You take payment before return gets sent out and what if it is rejected by IRS we still have to pay those outrageous fees upfront.

the program did not accept that I had filed with turbo tax in 2024. Called help line - spoke with Mindy - she was great to help me unravel the mistake.

TurboTax takes the pain out of preparing my returns. I've used it for many years as a satisfied customer. I've had no problems with preparing, filing or audits of my returns

everything was fine except for the RMD section. Where the heck is th RMD info on my tax documents.. Turns out you have to do your own math which is very frustrating. I'm still not sure if it was done correctly.
