Turbo tax has educated and provided a very necessary tool for all adult but especially young adults. You don't get this kind of education in a classroom. The layout makes turbo tax very easy to navigate and do all the things a person needs to do!!

Turbo Tax is very easy and if you have problems, they will walk you through the process so that it is correct!! I have used Turbo Tax for 24 years and have never had a problem!!

After changing an answer there was a bug that would not remove the wrong worksheet. It then took 7 plus hours to conclude my filing which included me having to manually remove forms and re-do work.

Used TurboTax for years. Disappointed this version wasn't supported by Windows10 so I had to use the online system and could not download the desktop program to use. Online was more difficult to maneuver and harder to find areas I was looking for.

Very difficult and awkward to use in January and February. Much easier to use in March and April. It seemed like tax rules were not up to date in the beginning and software was not completely debugged.

My prior year tax returns are missing. I need to see them for verification purposes. I was not able to submit my capital gains losses for 2025 that have been ongoing for years as a result of Intuit LOSING my returns for the last 20 years!

Forces you to pay $129 to file $5 gain in stocks as well as another charge that I don't even know what it was for. Would not let me receive my state refund via direct deposit, sending me through and infinite loop unless I kept it on receive by mail.
