Have used the computer Disk version until this year. Like the one on my computer better. I could not view the forms during the interview process. Did not prefer that. Overall, still a great experience.

It was very easy to work through the process, and I very rarely had to refer to Google to answer my questions. For the things I went to Google for, they were personal specific questions.

The program was not as extensive as the desktop. The desktop was easier to find answer to questions and did a better job of asking questions step by step. the online version was sluggish and repeated itself and circled around a lot.

This was the first time that I have completed our taxes. I was very concerned about getting everything correct. I was frustrated and needed to take a break. I returned this morning and had a very good experience.

I use TurboTax because I have been using TurboTax for a few years and know how to use it. I don't think it is good. It frequently has errors, especially this year, when it couldn't import any tax info for me from last year.

Using the website version is difficult as opposed to previous years where we could download the software. Downloading the software was quick as it was the same as previous years. Next year might have to use other programs that other people use.

I remember the product being a lot better in the past. I will not use it again. It's not very helpful, and it's way too salesy. I understand people need to work, but it's way too salesy. It's horrible.

Why do I have to pay to have my refund direct deposited and a fee to exile along with paying the cost to file. $200 is ridiculous. I do all the work. This is crazy.

I have used turbo tax for many years and each year I find it seems to get a little easier. The one change made I do not like is I have click on review in order to see the refund amount as I enter my information otherwise I have to wait till the end.

Couldn't have done it without AI assistant. However, some words in instructions did not match words in the TurboTax interface. Took me too long to figure out capital gains without a 1099-B because of this.
