There was some confusing instructions, too much up-selling, & my 2024 AGI did not transfer during the review portion even though I successfully filed using TurboTax desktop last year.

TurboTax walked me through a very complex tax situation. My wife and I live in different states, and earned income in 3 states. It took me a few hours to file but I would not have been able to do it without TurboTax.

It 's very different from the years past. I always thought it would carry over information from the year before but it doesn't. Might as well of tried something else .

Overall, it completed in a reasonable time. The document scan misread some fields and editing was not intuitive, but the help directions guided me to delete documents that were incorrect.

Worked well until it got me stuck in a loop. My return was denied and it didn't do well walking me through the fix or saving my changes so I could re-file.

I've used turbotax for years now and I have no issues. The amount of fees attached and the constant barrage to get me to upgrade is kind of annoying but we only see each other once a year so really it's not that bad. Other than that, you guys rock!

Prefer desktop version to be able to easily jump around. Also do not like having my own data file on my computer. Searching for where to add a form was not helpful. Grok was much better.

Turbo Tax Online was close to the Desktop Experience. I felt that the Desktop was a little better at pulling in the data from the previous year. All in all it was ok.

I found that it was a lot harder to navigate and find all the little next buttons. Pulling up older TurboTax filings and transferring them to a USB or another laptop was really difficult. File save and to were.

this is our first time use the online turbo tax. i especially like the AI feature which explained a lot of questions i asked during the prepairing. i will continue to use online turbo tax and hopefully it will be more advanced next year.
