This was the first year I completed my tax return using the Online version of Turbo Tax. I was extremely easy. Much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you.

This is the first time I complete with the online version and it was quite simple. The only thing is that with desktop, I can find a copy of the return before filing and with this one, I had to wait until I was ready to file to review.

Turbotax could have lifted the information from last year's returns into the current year but chose to give a senior citizen a hard time to trudge thru data gathering and data entry.

kind of frustrating in that I am not strong on taxes but know enough that some areas were missed. I was able to locate them and correct for this however.... but it could have been missed.

The features and format are great and easy to navigate. But overall it is way too expensive and the aditional fees for paying with your refund and direct deposit were outrageous.

The software was good, easy to use. I wish a few of the tax law options were clearer about what they refer to. I did not like the "human" support or reviewer. They just reiterated the software questions, not adding value at all. A waste of $45.

Shamma was great with the expert information. I paid double this amount last year and I knew the CPA didn't get my deductions right. I ended up with a refund an the IRS corrected my return. Turbotax is a great Value!

import from fidelity was broken. HSA related screen are not intuitive anymore, and it did not help that direct import from fidelity did not work and my upload was not recognized. Import from california credit union is also not provided.

Constantly trying to upsell me on a thing that should be free. I don't make a lot of money and you try to squeeze even more out of me on top of have to pay $2k to the government for nothing.

This is the first year using the online version of TurboTax and I would recommend the desktop version. Costs are less and audit defense is a stand alone product unlike the online version that has it bundled with products I do not need.
