I called twice and was helped boh times. Second time was a very tricky and small issue, but the agent was patient, thorough, and stuck with the issue until it was solved.

While it made filing taxes relatively simple, we grappled with several hidden fees. TurboTax defaults your selections to profit them the most and not the user. One could say its an "adversarial" interface.

Every year it gets more and more complicated and counterintuitive. This year it was IMPOSSIBLE to find the slot to add in my estimates already paid. Can you PLEASE make a slot for this right up front so it's impossible to miss?!

As someone who has always itemized my taxes, I found the brief deduction overview very helpful - it let me se almost immediately that the basic exemptions were going to be the way for me to go.

This took a bit longer than expected. Overall I was satisfied, but I did have some issues importing data, which was not the case in years past on the desktop version.

TurboTax makes filing my taxes super easy. I have a rental property and complicated assets, but TurboTax makes the process so efficient and simple. Highly recommend!

Disappointed by AI features. I expected that AI would be integrated lot more but I could hardly use any AI features. I had to use Claude outside giving it files and it was able to help lot more than TurboTax.

After using the download version for years, I found the online version inflexible. Support for questions was horrible. May consider looking for a different product next year.

It was very confusing that the $6000 senior tax credit was not shown until the very end; it needs to be clearly shown in addition to the standard deductions,

hard to login buying from outside source. hand to change computer because could not change operating system to 11 already change to 10 could not go any more. Purchased new laptop. could not recover info.
