Have used Turbo Tax for many years. Had more trouble with it this year. Seemed more difficult to negotiate back and forth to me. One step in filing process did result in initial rejection and refiling. Hoping correction works.

It was very easy to navigate and the assistance with answering the prompts was very helpful. I like how I didn't have to use space on my cloud to download the application.

The K-1 data entry was awful. Getting Section 199A information loaded correctly was not automated, and it took hours to get through that using multiple internet searches. Simply awful.

I had to jump through hoops to E-File my federal return. It took over 1 hour after I completed my return. I was told that there was no record of me e-filing my 2024 returns with Turbo Tax even though I had done so.

We had to file a amended Federal and State return. Joon Hong one of your Turbo Tax live expert's JOON HONG was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and walked us through the process.

It was so easy to file, both State and Fed. I like that they have people available if needed. Will continue to use TurboTax, the price is a great deal as well

This product gets worse every year. It seems it is counting on customers coming back because all our info is already in it, but at some point even that will not be worth it.

very good with giving advise for expenses when you are a home owner. For the past 3 years I have owed thousands but I finally got a return this year. it is nice doing it yourself knowing you are not getting scammed.

TurboTax has been our go-to option for filling taxes for some years now. Never fails, and makes everyhing much easier than how it used to be. Highly recommended.

Definitely made my tax preparation easy. Just was not happy with the cost to use the online service versus using the desktop version. It was $188 this year.
