Understanding the prompts and information was very easy. I didn't like that I didn't know if my information was being saved. It is a bit pricey for standard serves when all the tax information is basic. But at least I feel I can trust the services

They need to simplify the instructions. I do own a business and it kept saying I was a business owner. For the price I would like to be confused while filing it out.

It is always a pleasure filing with Turbotax. It is easy to navigate, equipped with great explanations + extra support. I like that if you have filed previously, your information is already there - ready to be loaded and makes filing quick and easy.

I called twice and was helped boh times. Second time was a very tricky and small issue, but the agent was patient, thorough, and stuck with the issue until it was solved.

I was skeptical about using the online product, but my desktop version locked up my computer and I had to repeat the process. So, I decided to give the online process a try and I was satisfied.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and enjoyed the product. Was disappointed that this 2025 I was forced to use the "Online" version due to it only being available with Microsoft 11. In 2026 I'll be using a different method for my returns.

Sailed through the tax ordeal. I'm not sure I like the on-line version better because the details in the earlier version were easier to access to go over ore make edits. This is great if you are in a hurry.

The experience was easy and foolproof. However, I was charged $203 just to file taxes myself. I could understand a small fee for using the website, but when I am inputting all the information myself, it feels ridiculous to spend that much.

Active Military discount did not apply, the product glitches when attempting to input income from a 1099 with multiple fields, and it is overpriced. This is likely the last year that Intuit gets any of my money.
