Love that TurboTax makes enhancements each year that make filing easier and more clear. The new AI search/question box was great and I appreciated the reduced number of "check ins" on how I was doing or feeling. Great experience overall!

First time Turbo Tax and found it to be easy to do. Sometimes not knowing were we go took some time to figure out. I finished the returns, am quite pleased how I was lead through the process.

hard to login buying from outside source. hand to change computer because could not change operating system to 11 already change to 10 could not go any more. Purchased new laptop. could not recover info.

TurboTax was harder this year. It would not import my previous years tax information. I've used TT many times in the past and never had this problem.

always good. i enjoy hoe it guides you through the process. the help bar is helpful. it can link up to other organizations to pull information. i also likes how it calculates everything for you. i think anyone can use it.

I've used Turbo Tax for years and enjoyed the product. Was disappointed that this 2025 I was forced to use the "Online" version due to it only being available with Microsoft 11. In 2026 I'll be using a different method for my returns.

The interface continues to become less intuitive but what bothers me the most is the constant upcharges the software tries to get me to agree to and deceptive and sometimes hidden direction it takes m own

My experience was somewhat frustrating. When I was I was looking for a particular form, I was taken in circles. I was asked questions that I had no idea what they were talking about. Maybe it can be more user friendly. I'm 73 years old.

I have used Turbo tax for more than 15 years. Love the Featurse, ease of use and accuracy. I also ilke the direct downloads of my financial documents capability to make filing process lot easier.
