Turbotax is basically a scam wrapped in a exriment

You're upsale tricks are deceptive business practices and I am actively looking for a competitor. Your constant attempts to get me to upgrade and constant avoiding of accidently upgrading your service is so absolutely grimey i can't stand it

Online is very clunky.... not good at all.

The AI support is superficial and does not provide enough detail to really help. Tends to be circular and appears not to know the levels (drill down) to get to the solution. I opted for the free upgrade to online but that was a mistake.
