I have been using TurboTax for years. It is easy to use and seems to be very accurate. It does ask all the right questions and makes reasonable recommendations.

overall pretty good. but one instance of what appeared to be WRONG advice re: level of allowable 401k contributions. sometimes it feels like you complete something, then are asked for the same information again in a different way. that is annoying.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME, AGGRAVATION, AND MONEY AND HAVE A CPA FILE YOUR TAXES. TurboTax has a horrible interface and service while making the whole process frustrating.

everything was fine except for the RMD section. Where the heck is th RMD info on my tax documents.. Turns out you have to do your own math which is very frustrating. I'm still not sure if it was done correctly.

Couldn't have done it without AI assistant. However, some words in instructions did not match words in the TurboTax interface. Took me too long to figure out capital gains without a 1099-B because of this.

The software is pretty straightforward, All my questions were answered in a way that even someone who is not financial can understand. Will definitely purchase again next year.

Why do I have to pay to have my refund direct deposited and a fee to exile along with paying the cost to file. $200 is ridiculous. I do all the work. This is crazy.

I had issues retrieving my tax information from my brokerage and both TT and Brokerage (Schwab) had no information to help. Schwab directs me to a page for me to buy TT tax prep products which I already have.
