I was able to quickly navigate and enter accurate responses to required information to file both my federal and state tax returns. I did not need to utilize the support services and had no issues with my IT system's compatibility with the variety of web srvices.

The site said it was free. But then charged me $139 to file. THEN charged me $35 to receive my refund! ABORT MISSION!!!!!!

Not a good experience. but I hate doing taxes. and the FAQ do not give you an understanding of what your looking for.

Filed and transmitted information to IRS on 4/14, but when I checked on6/18 it had not been transmitted.

The fact that I'm paying for the service and TT tries to upsale over and over and over again is horrible. Also, my taxes are super simple, not much to declare, however, it's still overly complicated with TT.

Purchase the Desk top version but was forced to use the on-line version. Do not have windows 11. Could not print our forms or review the forms before we filed.

Not sure I liked the online version very much. I had to work way too hard to find where to put in the estimated taxes I had already paid as it didn't guide me there automatically.

Couldn't have done it without AI assistant. However, some words in instructions did not match words in the TurboTax interface. Took me too long to figure out capital gains without a 1099-B because of this.

Been using TT for over a decade this is the first time I tried the online version (vs. the desktop). NEVER AGAIN! Having to fill in the same section over and over - - laggy screens. Took way longer this way.
