After waiting for the delayed shipping date. I got these buds3 Pro a day early. But after just 30 minutes of use, I started getting crackling and popping sounds from the right-side ear bud. Then after a few more pops and crackling, the right ear bud started giving a constant static sound. I tried all different setting. Nothing changed. Very unhappy and disappointed! I did like the voice controls, the ANC was fantastic (until the bud gave out.) and it was comfortable.

The sound quality parallels my best headphones with a caveat. The 3D sound is unreal, it feels like a concert. The noise cancelling is so much better than expected. Once I found the NC switch I couldn't hear the TV, fans or kids (which is very welcome). Bravo Samsung you hit it out of the park!

A huge reason why I upgraded to the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro was the mic quality for calls. Now I use them everyday for work. Really enjoying them!

As far as noise canceling, they work great around loud machinery I'm always around during work. Case is great looking and small that fits well in anything I place it away in and not bulky. Sound is great paring it with my S24 Ultra and Spotify. The music sounds crisp and bass is okay. I wish battery life was longer, but considering all earbuds last as long as they do for such a small footprint, it last as long as I need it too. Great product!

So many features to use and is a MUST for traveling if you are unfamiliar with the language. Was very hesitation about upgrading from the Bud 2 Pros to this as I used the Buds for the gym. So many features I didn't know I needed. No more having to go back to my phone to pause, skip songs, or even turn up/down the volume anymore! If you are on the fence about it like I was, JUST DO IT! WORTH EVERY PENNY PLUS MORE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound it great. Love how I can configure various options and sound quality. Only 2 complaints. 1. Putting them into the case is a bit awkward. Not a fan of having to twist it around to put it in. 2. Fit in the ear is meh. I've changed the tips but still doesn't feel quite secure. Looking at aftermarket coushins to fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the model. Great look. Good sounds. I can even hear the bass. Long lasting charge, the case's pocket is light weight. It's very easy to use. More colors would be appreciated. Personalized Samsung Galaxy Buds3 pro would be an innovation. By example, I could have requested to have my name written on the case cover or on the foot of my buds. (Emojis, personalized designs) Samsung should have sold it with its case cover because it's an expensive item.

The sound was so amazing and you feel the bass if that makes sense. It awesome features. I was kicking myself today because, I had forgotten them at home. Don't sleep on these buds!
