Better buds than the Pro 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the better sounding Galaxy Buds Pro 3. Wish Samsung would have kept the form factor of Pro2 with winglets to stay in your ear. The Pro3 feel to good, but it's not Samsung. They sound and feel good in ear, and their light is a cool feature. The interpret is also a nice feature, but have not been around people speaking in a different language to really try it out.
Great but not perfect yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy buds pro 3 are a great upgrade from its predecessors, great audio, great design, awesome case and voice quality. Where I wish there were some changes are the controls. I would love for the tap on the bud part instead of the pinch on the stem. When trying to quickly pause audio I see myself fumbling to pinch it correctly to stop and tend to just pull the bud out. Also the loud screeching noise when you put a bud in needs to be corrected. Other than that love the product.
Great accessories
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are the perfect size. Not bulky at all. I've used them across several apps (music, games, streaming services, etc.) and all sounds are crystal clear without having them at max volume. There are truly noise canceling. I can put them in and all other noises are very faint. A full charge can last for a very long time. I think I've charged them twice in the few weeks I've had them. I love that I can use find my device from my phone just in case I put them down somewhere 😆. You can also go through the settings to see if the buds are properly in your ear. Plus they are so comfortable. Just a great product.
Fall out and poor functions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know of any AI features that the bud pro3 provide but I do know that they don't lock into your ears as well as I had hoped. I feel like they are on the verge of falling out all the time and they do quite often. The sound is good but the noise canceling isn't as good as the buds pro 2. I like the design but I think they need to design a better fitment to ensure a more secure fit and seal.

Could be better
I bought this a few months ago the audio is great if it's really good and the microphone is a lot better than the Pro 2. Downside is the battery life is nowhere near the Pro 2 and my right earbud won't charge in the case without me putting something in there to apply pressure to hit the terminals if these things were better I would give 5 Stars
Thank you for your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Derrek! We’re glad to see that you love the audio quality and improved microphone. We noted your concerns about battery life and the charging of your right earbud. For the charging concern, try checking for debris in the case or resetting the earbuds. Ensuring that there is no liquid or debris on the contacts is the best way to ensure that your buds charge correctly. Not Worth the Upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy Buds2 Pro to the Buds3 Pro, and honestly, I regret it. While the sound and bass are slightly improved, the overall experience is frustrating. The biggest issue is the fit—they constantly feel like they’re slipping out, especially the left one. Mine even fell out on a subway staircase, and I was lucky to grab it in time. Another problem is charging the left earbud. It often doesn’t charge properly, requiring me to reinsert it multiple times before it connects. Battery life also seems worse. While the case’s battery percentage is visible in the Galaxy Wearable app, it no longer appears in the Bluetooth tab like it did with the Buds2 Pro, making it less convenient to check. The new stem design also makes cleaning more difficult, as dust and lint collect easily in the case. Overall, despite slightly better sound, the fit issues, charging problems, weaker battery life, and inconvenient design make the Buds3 Pro a downgrade. If you own the Buds2 Pro, I wouldn’t recommend upgrading.
Hey Feather. Thank you for your detailed feedback on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! While it's great that you noticed improvements in sound and bass quality, we understand you had some concerns about the overall experience. For the fit, adjusting the earbuds by rotating them slightly or ensuring the ear tips are properly aligned with the grooves on the earbuds may help them stay secure. If the left earbud continues to feel loose, trying different ear tip sizes or ensuring they are correctly installed might improve the fit. Regarding charging concerns, ensuring the charging contacts are clean and free of sweat or liquid can help maintain proper connectivity. If the left earbud still doesn’t charge consistently, reinserting it as you’ve been doing is a good step, but we also recommend restarting the earbuds or checking for updates via the Galaxy Wearable app. For battery life, storing the earbuds in the charging case when not in use can help conserve power. While the case’s battery percentage is visible in the Galaxy Wearable app, we understand the inconvenience of not having it displayed in the Bluetooth tab anymore and appreciate this feedback. As for the new stem design, regularly cleaning the earbuds and case with a soft, dry cloth can help prevent dust and lint buildup. Your feedback on the design and usability is valuable, and we hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Really nice earbuds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grabbed the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, and they deliver premium sound with punchy bass, clear mids, and solid ANC. The design feels sleek and fits comfortably, and the case is compact and well-built. They pair flawlessly with my S25 Ultra, and the 360 audio is a nice touch. Battery life is decent, but not class-leading, and call quality could be sharper. Still, for everyday use and seamless Galaxy ecosystem integration, they’re a win.
Thank you for your review of the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! We’re pleased to see you appreciate the premium sound, strong bass, and clear mids. It’s great to know that you find them comfortable and enjoy the compact case and easy pairing with your S25 Ultra. We value your feedback on battery life and call quality. Thanks again for your thoughts, and we hope you continue to enjoy your experience with the Buds3 Pro. Poor Fit - uncomfortable
I have had these for a couple of weeks now. They are so painful even with the smallest tips. I had Galaxy Buds Plus for years and loved them. I was hoping this would be a great replacement. I cannot comfortably wear them for 30 minutes. The sound seems okay but the fit makes it difficult to enjoy.

Terrible
Dumb design with the stems. Uncomfortable. Screeches if you cover the headphone while its in your ear, possibly causing ear damage. Got these in November and misplaced them recently. Can't track the case, only the earbuds. Which is soooo pointless. The fact that you spend so much on headphones and you can't even really track them. Only when they're out of the case. Guess someone found some brand new headphones. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro. We hate to see that the buds have not performed as expected. We take pride in our devices, and we want to ensure you have the best experience possible. If you've misplaced your earbuds, please remember that you can use SmartThings Find through the SmartThings app or website to locate them. This feature allows you to see their location on a map, enable a ringing sound, and even receive notifications when they’re found, which can really help! Regarding the screeching sound, we recommend checking for updates for your earbuds, as software updates can often resolve sound concerns. Additionally, trying a reset on the buds may improve your experience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we're here to help you get the most out of your Galaxy Buds3 Pro!
