Coming from the Bud pro original, these are a great improvement. I might have gotten lucky with mine as I have not seen the issues that others encounter. I actually bought two pairs and they both work well. My wife would always complain with the originals that she could hear background noise but with these, she said are perfect. I wear one pair about 6 hours in a day, battery life is good bit keep in mind that noise cancel or ambient will shorten battery life but still better than the first edition. I agree with someone that mentioned the awkwardness of putting them in the case but I can live with that. I can only speak for me that I have no issues with either pair which were purchased a month apart. No regrets here!

After few weeks use i experience a whistle sound in of the earbuds. I send it to samsung and they fixed the issue. Now its start whistle again. The earbuds doesn't fit in my ears even i tried all the included tips.

These are my second set of wireless earbuds, but, I have had many wired sets over the years. These Galaxy 3 buds definitely are the best quality buds I have owned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device sits comfortably and stays in place in my ear. Ease of connection across devices and apps is fantastic. The noise suppression and ambient focus is amazing. Originally I had the first gen Galaxy buds pro which didn't have a stem propping some weight up and only relied on the rubber ear piece and ear to stay in place and if I tried to push it back in, the touch commands of pause/play would take place and it could get in a position where it would always increase the volume unless I repositioned it or turned off touch commands. The pro buds 3 has zero of those issues. Overall I am glad with the devices improvements over previous gens, amazing sound quality, and great comfort. I've used these more in the past week than I have my previous ones. I would absolutely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones fit well in the ear. They don't fall out. I use the headphones exclusively for calls. The ambient sound works very well. Extraneous sounds don't bother me. I work in a noisy place, so it's great. There's one thing that when I'm talking, sometimes I want to turn up the volume, but it's the highest volume. So I would say that the sound is quiet. When it's noisy around me, it's hard to understand the person on the other side. I was hoping for something more, but unfortunately, that's all there is. I hope Samsung will take this into note and be able to update it.

The sound is decent, same quality as my earbuds 2 non pro ones. The issue is this design does not stay in your ears. I would have returned these if I had known the different ear tips sizes wouldn't make a difference in the fit. Get something else that will stay in your ears while trying to wear.

I expected to be forced to max the volume out to hear my music but the galaxy buds pro 3 delivered next level noise cancelation. Rucking through fields gives me 360 degree sound and noise canceling to keep me focused. Very happy with my purchase!
