The quality of the sound is amazing. I use mine everyday and see no reason to stop. I love the language translator software. My wife speaks Spanish with her mom and now I have a way to keep up. The look and feel of the product is great. I give this product 5 stars and will co. ntinue to buy this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds to picking up the phone, and with the AI technology it has, I don't have to grab my phone for that, even though I don't really need to, cause I can use some of the principal Bixby's options wich is kinda useful. With the wireless charging system I don't have to take care of connecting to the charger, just placed in the charger, I love it!!!

Great buds but some issues. My buds will not charge sometimes when they are in the case. I have to manipulate them to get them to charge sometimes. Has great sound, great on calls, can workout and they do not fall out. Noise canceling feature can use some work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a few true wireless buds at this point from sony and master and dynamic to audio technica and after comparing these directly with the new Sonys these are so much more comfortable with equal sound quality and better pass through audio. The only advantage the sony has is it's easier to connect to multiple devices like laptops or anything non-samsung. The comfort and ease of use with my s23 ultra and now galaxy ultra watch make up for that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was over something better than the Buds2 Pro since they were a total let down not only do they hurt yours but the mic is horrible these on the other hand sounds great the mics clear no issues with phone calls the highs and mids are awesome the lows could be better but not bad. Extremely comfortable and don't feel like they'll fall out. Beyond happy with them.

The battery life is so long so I charge them every two days. I like how they light up and we have the option to turn it on or off. And the Galaxy AI feature is great. It really does translate in real time. I loved these so much that I bought my husband a pair and also a pair for myself. And I have recommended to everyone I know since I get so many compliments when I wear them. I will also be gifting these for Christmas. GET THEM you won't regret it!

They are comfortable and elegant not just that but they are sophisticated as well. Galaxy AI being introduced to the buds is so amazing. I work around a lot of loud noises and when I put my earbuds on I can hear my coworkers clearly and cancel out the noise from the machinery the amount of settings options that you get for the buds is vast and gives you the opportunity to adjust the buds to your needs and wants. Galaxy AI thank you for protecting my hearing while enjoying the best sound quality ever! The product is 10/10 recommended to everyone. Specially if you want something comfortable for long periods of time and be able to protect you hearing. #SamsungDidItAgain
