The sound's really clear too, which is important to me. I can hear all the details in my music, and it makes my Galaxy AI voice assistant sound so much better. The only thing is, they can feel a little loose sometimes. I've had to adjust them a few times. And the battery life could be better – I usually have to charge them up halfway through the day. But if you want great noise cancellation and you're in the Samsung ecosystem, these are worth considering.

Pretty comfortable and stay in significantly better than previous models. Also the lights are super cool. My only complaint is the noise that can used to find a dropped bud is super quiet and borderline unusable in public

These are the WORST earbuds I have ever owned! I bought them in July on preorder and was VERY excited!! That is where the nightmare began. FIRST They are uncomfortable and fit terribly! NEXT the left earbud would magically stop working even when on full charge. I would put them back in the charger and it would start working the next day! THEN the right earbud would start to die out in less than an hour. THEN it would not charge past 67% even when charged overnight. Then It wouldn't accept a charge at all and just died. Haver not been able to charge it in a week...now I only have the left bud working and it only charges to 82% even when charged overnight. They have never been dropped or damaged!! It has been VERY frustrating!!

Minor caviar, small hisin sound on anc and transparency mode depending on background noise but not always even on the same scenario leading me to believe it can be solved with a software update.

Terrible fit, though the fit test assess it as good. Nearly impossible to change the bud tips, I'm not sure why that change was made. Have a noticeable hiss coming through the right earbud when ANC is on, which makes the off setting much more comfortable for usage. These just become overpriced generic earbuds at that point. I personally dislike the stem pinch controls, though some may prefer it to the tap controls of the 2 pro.

I was just on a 4.5 hour flight and used these buds to watch movies on my Samsung Galaxy s10 ultra tablet. I was absolutely amazed how the sounds of the jet engine was vertually absent ,while at the same time listening to the rich, cristal clear sounds of my media. I genuinely had 4.5 hours of bliss!
