[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent headphones for a very loud environment. I work around a lot of machines and the caller on the other end can not hear my background. If they were to stay in my ear a bit better these earbuds would be a 10 out of 10.

Sound quality is excellent. Noise cancelling is excellent. Look of the buds is excellent. The ear tips are horrible. They will easily will rip off the mount requiring you to dig the broken piece off of the bud. Tried chatting with Samsung support to get new tips, but they gave me a runaround telling me I had to visit a service center. Be very careful when removing the tips.

I initially considered trading in my Buds 2 Pro, but ultimately decided to retain both models. I utilize the Buds 2 Pro for sleep and the Buds 3 Pro for all other listening needs. The Buds 3 Pro offer a wider and clearer soundscape compared to their predecessor. Noise cancellation performance is exceptional, effectively blocking out ambient noise. Battery life is adequate for both generations, a key factor in my decision to keep both pairs for seamless transitions between devices incase one dies. However, I find the Buds 3 Pro somewhat challenging to re-insert into their charging case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 1 since they launched and had little to no reason to upgrade. They are fantastic earphones and sound amazing. However, I had begun to think about upgrading and specifically wanted a wireless earphone with a stem design. I kept hesitating on different options and lucky I did as the Buds 3 Pros were announced within 2 weeks. I decided to wait and pre-ordered the Buds 3 Pro. Using the new Buds 3 Pro I was glad to still have the great sounding dual speaker setup as the prior Buds Pros had allowing for deep clear bass without sacrificing the higher frequencies. The ambient sound is an enormous improvement over my prior Buds Pros with exterior sounds appearing as if I didn't have any earphones on. The Adaptive Ambient Sound option quickly became my favorite option when working outside and washing my car. Being able to enjoy my music and being able to hear my surroundings but automatically switch to noise canceling once my pressure washer turns on making it barely audible is amazing. I greatly enjoy my Galaxy Buds 3 Pros!

I would often be told that my voice was muffled or just hard to make out when using the old buds, but the Galaxy Buds3 have been a game changer. I think the design has made a huge difference in the clarity, but Galaxy AI has definitely been a game changer too. On trips abroad, I have no issues live translating conversations in person, or over the phone. I highly recommend these ear buds to anyone looking to upgrade from the Galaxy Buds2.
